The hotel is perfectly situated, the location couldn't be better. The room was a bit small, but has everything you need and the bathroom is pretty big. We received a room with twin bed although we wanted a double bed and unfortunately the hotel didn't have any room with double bed free, but the staff solved it by adding a big thin mattress and then it was ok. I very appreciate how the staff was able to solve it quickly. They have absolutely amazing breakfast. I would definitely recommend and stay there if travelling to Madrid again.

Excellent small hotel in the city center, strategic location and the staff were really helpful and all the time available. Teresa, Monica and Victor were all helpful and speak very good english, i was astonished! breakfast was all nice! and full of choices, as well as the complimentary water in the room is something. Room is really comfortable and about right size. mattress is also very comfortable. air conditioning was also very functionable.

the reception staff was super nice, they make sure someone was there to receive us after we texted them we were arriving in the early morning and helped us to explain how to get to the metro we needed to take. Also in the room you have enough towels and anything that you need for your stay and AC.

Location was astounding, right off Gran Via you had excellent shopping and restaurants at a very close distance. Also the Gran Via and Sol metro stations are remarkably close giving you easy access to most of the city. The breakfast was also excellent and a great value.

Location! So close (walking distance) to the main amenities. 3 minutes walked from Sol station so you can take the metro directly from the airport, drop off at Sol station and walk just three minutes to the hotel. Also the hotel is so close (walking distance) to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de España, Mercado San Miguel, etc. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Location is central to everything and within walking distance and if not, metro stops are a few steps away. Very close to shopping and sites and restaurants.Room is good size for 3 adults, always got cleaned. Bathroom 🚽 is nice. Breakfast is good everyday, freshly made. If you’ll be needing laundry in your stay, laundrymat is less than 10 mins walk. Last but not the least, the staff are very gracious and ready to help anytime. Would stay in this hotel again.

Elena the receptionist was super nice. The service was great and other guys from the reception also were very kind. They kept our luggage after checking out which allowed us to continue enjoying Madrid for the day. The location is awesome, is 2 min walking from the Metro Station. I think the location and the service is what I liked the most. Also, the room was very clean.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, both before and during our trip. Location was unreal! 10min walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to do. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were very clean. Shower was great, loads of hot water and great power in the shower. Great little shop across the road for water and snacks.
